keyboard shortcut to change timeframe for a chart

First of all, be aware that you can also change the chart symbol through the keyboard. Refer to the following: Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Quickly Changing the Symbol of a Chart to a Symbol for which a Data File Exists As such, it is possible that you had other keystrokes in the queue, or that whatever got typed got associated with the symbol change rather than the time period change. This is why it's a good idea to hit the ESC key prior to entering the keyboard commands to ensure that the queue is empty prior to typing. But, if you do not plan to change the symbol through the keyboard, Refer to Step #3 of the link given above. We recommend you turn off the option to allow for Symbol changes via keyboard per the following: 3. For this feature to work, you need to have the option Global Settings >> General Settings >> Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window enabled. You may want to disable this option to prevent accidentally modifying the symbol of a chart from inadvertent pressing of keys on the keyboard. After disable symbol change. I was trying to change bar period using those abbreviations, But its not working as expected Changing Chart Bars Period: Fast Changing by Keyboard |

The problem is not reproducible. Works just fine for us. Look at the title bar of the chart. No longer maximize the chart and look at the title bar and see if you only see 3m as you type those characters and no other characters after the title bar text that is not removable.

The reason was I have some numbers as keyboard shortcut to clear recent trade column now its working, thank you |
