Hello, before several years I joined infinity futures/transact futures as they had great videos explaining many features of sierra charts. i did place 0 trades with them, as Im trading forex and use sierra for charting and sierra charts was the only reason i created an account with them. i did a deposit account so i dont need to pay large fees for CME feed. Although i just only need to see real-time volume, i dont need DOM. And for the last 6 month, they have been charging me an inactivity fee, just knew about that recently (they have taken almost 300$ for that). so i have no problem switching to stage5 to continue to support your superior platform.
so i had couple of questions:
1. which plan i should take to have the least cost? (i only need real-time volume, DOM is not needed) (you have mentioned in teton thread: "Data feed is included with Sierra Chart Service Packages which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed and is only 10 USD/month before discount") BUT when i talked about this with stage5 representative he said starting package will be 36$ a month. so could you please clarify this for me?
2.I think there will be off time (disconnection) from charts when money goes from transact to stage5. during that time can i have a demo account so i can access all my sierra charts? its very important to me as im an active day trader.
3. i still have an active package (half of the time used), what happens with that when i switch to the new one, does the first month of the new one gets discounted or its a full payment?

Before we answer the specific questions, first understand that you do not need to create a new Sierra Chart account when you switch brokers. You will continue to use the same Sierra Chart software with the same Sierra Chart login that you are using now.

The only thing that will be different is that you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, therefore you will need to be on Package 10 rather than Package 3 (which you are now on).

1. You will want to be on Package 10. The cost for this package is $36.00 USD per month. You will also need to pay for the exchange fees, which will be minimal, as you state that you do not need Market Depth, therefore the Full CME Group is only $3.50 USD per month.

2. You really will not need to worry about this. First, as we noted above, you will continue to use the same account, so there is no need to worry about a "demo" account.

Second, since you have been connected to a valid trading account, you will be able to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and continue to get the Real-Time data during the transition. Just keep in mind that you will want to the data setup done either just before or once you stop using the TransAct account.

3. You will need to change the Package, which will move the End-Date of your current usage time in a bit, due to the difference in the package costs (you will move to a more expensive package). But otherwise, you will not need to pay until the current usage time is ended.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
