CQG Orders being rejected, spoke to amp multiple times and they said to contact Sierra

This is the error I am receiving in the Trade Service Log
Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Cannot route the order at this time. Internal Order ID: 181. Service Order ID: 820799736. Symbol: F.US.MESH22. Account: 1704810 | 2022-02-22 13:12:51.228 *

This is a new account and I haven't placed any trades. Through amp I am CQG-No data order routing only

I have purchased the Denalli data feed through SC

I have read through all the support tickets and I am not getting anywhere. I have my data/trade services set to CQG WebAPI (trading) with the correct username and password. Everything seems to be working fine outside of order execution.


Please help.

I submitted another Live plaform request and changed the data from CQG (No Data- Order Routing Only) to Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No data - Order Routing Only). I will post back with results.

I see this in the introduction part of the CQG platform trading section.

Effective January 1, 2022, Sierra Chart Advanced Service Package 5 or higher is required to use CQG. We also recommend that users begin to use our new Teton Order Routing Service instead of CQG, which provides far higher quality order routing, risk management, and no transaction fees unlike the .10 USD per contract fill fee from CQG.

My current subscription is 10-Standard+Denali Data feed
Could this be the issue that I am on standard and not advanced, and would need to pay a bit extra a month?

What is the exact issue you are having? We need you to restate it. We will put no reliance upon this thread.

If you are having the issue in the first post, you must contact your broker for help with this. Sierra Chart has no control over that at all.

I am having the same issue. Sierra chart order routing with Denali data on package 11.

I went LIVE to trade today and when the order was filled, my activity log went to zero, and the Trade simulation feature went back to being "On".

I reached out to AMP they saw no rejection and no activity. Everything was good on their side. They noticed that I have a Denali feed with SC and cut the Denali feed on their end because they offer it to their clients. They transferred me over to Technical support and they suggested that I ask you guys the following:


HOW DO I HAVE CQG ROUTING TO INTERACT WITH DENALI TO PLACE TRADES?

I want to use CQG.

According to the Open trade window, it was live when I submitted the order. I clicked on the TRADE tab of the chart window and saw that it returned to "ON".

AMP continues to revert back the issue to you guys after speaking this morning with them. Ultimately, it seems to be a settings issue on the Sierra Chart Side.

They suggested having "remote assistance" be done to fix the issue.

I'm going on day 3 WITHOUT trading for something that is probably just one click away to resolve.

This is becoming a bit exhausting trying to figure this out. I need help. Please.
