AMP continues to revert back the issue to you guys after speaking this morning with them. Ultimately, it seems to be a settings issue on the Sierra Chart Side.

They suggested having "remote assistance" be done to fix the issue.

I'm going on day 3 WITHOUT trading for something that is probably just one click away to resolve.

This is becoming a bit exhausting trying to figure this out. I need help. Please.
