This is the error I am receiving in the Trade Service Log

This is a new account and I haven't placed any trades. Through amp I am CQG-No data order routing only

I have purchased the Denalli data feed through SC

I have read through all the support tickets and I am not getting anywhere. I have my data/trade services set to CQG WebAPI (trading) with the correct username and password. Everything seems to be working fine outside of order execution.
