10 minutes delay with my chart

this morning, I have a long delay, close to 10 minutes in my tick charts and price tape rolling compared to real time price on my infinity platform. How can this be fixed immediately?

I've been a customer for years. I've been paying Sierra Chart directly for the chart for a few months after TransAct Future and Sierra Chart made different arrangements. Everything has been fine until this morning. Are the instructions you sent me going to correct the problem? I don't think I have the Denali. I have the standard $26/mo plan.

Make sure that your Sierra Chart is setup to connect to TransAct. Refer to the instructions here:

If you are setup to connect, then we can not help with data issues from TransAct. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, refer to the following:

Is Denali an upgrade from my current standard plan? When I log in, I get the chart with the updated data, but the data I'm getting is 10 minutes behind.

The first thing we need to do is to ensure that you are connected to your TransAct account. The fact that you are getting Delayed Streaming data implies that you are not connected properly. Please go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to ensure that you are connected to your TransAct account:

This image hopefully shows what's coming up when we follow the posted instructions. We do not see the full data/trade service settings box with the capability of changing the items noted in your instructions. All we see is the setting name and value. Not sure why. Could you please advise quickly so we can use our charts today. Thanks so much!

We have new Settings windows, which is why things look different. For more information on these new windows refer to the following:

After selecting TransAct WS in the Current Selected Service select the "Apply All" button at the bottom. This will open the rest of the settings for you to finish entering the information for your TransAct account.

That didn't work. Nothing happens when I select Apply All per your last message. It's been 2 days of not having my charts. This is very frustrating. Can you please continue to help until we have a solution that works? What else can I do? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues with Transact/Infinity. As far as I understand, the Transact connection is in the process of no longer being supported by Sierra Chart. I am a former Infinity Futures Broker and I believe the best solution would be to switch to Sierra Teton Order Routing with Denali for real time and historical data. This is all maintained by Sierra directly, which I feel provides great benefits to traders as Sierra can focus on enhancements instead of maintenance of other third party order routing feeds. In addition, I feel it is the best overall quality and value for traders.
