I've been a customer for years. I've been paying Sierra Chart directly for the chart for a few months after TransAct Future and Sierra Chart made different arrangements. Everything has been fine until this morning. Are the instructions you sent me going to correct the problem? I don't think I have the Denali. I have the standard $26/mo plan.

Is Denali an upgrade from my current standard plan? When I log in, I get the chart with the updated data, but the data I'm getting is 10 minutes behind.
