this morning, I have a long delay, close to 10 minutes in my tick charts and price tape rolling compared to real time price on my infinity platform. How can this be fixed immediately? I've been a customer for years. I've been paying Sierra Chart directly for the chart for a few months after TransAct Future and Sierra Chart made different arrangements. Everything has been fine until this morning. Are the instructions you sent me going to correct the problem? I don't think I have the Denali. I have the standard $26/mo plan.
