Random symbol: XLE-NQTV Loaded from Find symbol; open intraday chart. Chart is blank. In chart settings, the date range field is blank. Changing chart data type to Historical Chart. Chart populates. Changing Chart data type back to intraday chart. Chart goes blank again. Trying different random symbol. AMRN-NQTV Loaded from Find symbol; open intraday chart. Chart opens and shows bars from 3 to 4 PM. (Session times in chart settings are 9:30 to 16) Here the date range in File is not blank. When I change date range to 2022-02-07, dialogue opens: Do you want to re-download intraday data for the symbol to try to get more data to match the new Date Range in File>> From setting? Click yes. Chart populates correctly. Changing chart symbol to XLE-NQTV. Chart goes blank again. Chart settings "Date range in File" is blank again. XLE isn't the only symbol where the intraday data will not load. This was seen on my sub instance No.3. When I change to main instance, XLE intraday data loads correctly. Although I did have similar issues in the past here and there where intraday data did not load in main instance either. Please advise.
