Hello Support: Recently have had no luck connecting back to TransAct after 5pm close. Until today, a complete shutdown of computer and network had allowed me to connect. OK, just now at 7:45 pm, reconnected. This is not an acceptable condition if this continues. I am missing trades. Is there some systemic problem. I have been using your charts for years and never had this problem before through Infinity. Can you please advise me what to do. Are you intending to stop the use of SC through TransAct's data feed now that Ninja bought them out? This is really not fair. Trading is tough enough but without live charts, it's just not possible. I love your charts but I'm afraid one day soon there will be no solution and I can't call you to get assistance. What's a trader at the bottom of the food chain supposed to do? I don't want to switch to Ninja but that would take away this nasty stress. Thank you for your advice and assistance. Cheers

Of course it is not acceptable. This was a Transact server problem. Not Sierra Chart. Can you please advise me what to do. Are you intending to stop the use of SC through TransAct's data feed now that Ninja bought them out?
And of course we are phasing Transact out. This is long overdue. I love your charts but I'm afraid one day soon there will be no solution and I can't call you to get assistance. What's a trader at the bottom of the food chain supposed to do?

Stage 5 Trading - Posts: 155 |
Dear Trader, As a former Infinity Broker I fully understand the trials and tribulations of changing brokerage firms. As far as I understand, the Transact connection is in the process of no longer being supported by Sierra Chart. Stage 5 takes great pride in helping Transact/Infinity traders transition as seamlessly as possible. I believe the best solution would be to switch to Sierra Teton Order Routing with Denali for real time and historical data. This is all maintained by Sierra directly, which I feel provides great benefits to traders as Sierra can focus on enhancements instead of maintenance of other third party order routing feeds. In addition, I feel it is the best overall quality and value for traders. Please feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you with any questions you may have and/or the process of transitioning your account and hopefully helping you improve your current issues. If you have questions or would like to speak to an assigned personal broker for details, please call us at 312-896-9897 or 1-800-258-6675. You can email us at sierrachart@s5trading.com and can also contact us here: https://stage5trading.com/contact/ If you are ready to move to the Teton Order Routing solution right away, we invite you to file an application here: https://stage5trading.com/ Thank you, Anthony Giacomin Trading derivatives carries a high degree of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors.
