Of course it is not acceptable. This was a Transact server problem. Not Sierra Chart. Can you please advise me what to do. Are you intending to stop the use of SC through TransAct's data feed now that Ninja bought them out?
And of course we are phasing Transact out. This is long overdue. I love your charts but I'm afraid one day soon there will be no solution and I can't call you to get assistance. What's a trader at the bottom of the food chain supposed to do?
