1. Follow the appropriate instructions depending on what order routing service you are setup with at AMP: For CQG, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions 2. You have not gone through the Setup Instructions to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Note that in order to get data from the CME Group, you need to have, and be able to connect to, a live, funded, futures trading account. Therefore, you will need to have the connection to your CQG account setup first. 3. We are not sure what you mean in terms of a "Demo Account". You can always use Sierra Chart in Simulation Mode where you are not sending orders to your trading account. For more information, refer to the following: Trade Simulation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

First, you need to connect to your AMP account. What order routing service are you setup with at AMP - CQG or Rithmic?

I have AMP EU account, and they said if I want use sierra chart I must open US account (CQG). I did that but now I waiting for verification, probably will be ready within 2 days. Before this I want to use sierra chart simulation account, but data is non realistic, is more than one hour delay. I not sure why? On menu Data/trade service settings, I chose from the list "trading evaluator (trading)", maybe there is some mistake?

The first thing to understand is that until you have your CQG account setup you will not be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is because the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded trading account that we can connect to. Once you are connected to CQG, then you will be able to get your real-time data. For more information on this requirement, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges But, until you get your CQG account setup, you can get our Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group. This data acts like real-time data, except it is delayed by 10 minutes. You should be getting this data already, but since you say that the data is delayed by 1 hour, we need to find out what is happening. Please do the following for us: - Open the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. - On this window set Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. - On this window set Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. - Select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window. - Open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. - Wait at least 10 minutes. - Check one of your charts and verify that the data is flowing, but the time of the data is behind the real time by 10 minutes. Thank you for your reply. I set up everything what you send me, and is still 1hr 12 min delay on my charts. Do you know what else could be wrong?

Is the data constantly updating or does it only update periodically? Also, at the top of the screen is the Chart Header that contains information related to the chart. There is an entry preceded by "DD:" - this is the Data Delay. What is the value after the DD:? We think the data is streaming properly and that what is occurring is that your Time Zone may not be set properly so you are thinking it is behind by 1 hour, but it is really only 10 minutes. What is the Time Zone of your chart set to? If it is set to your Global Time Zone, then what is your Global Time Zone set to (Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings)? My time zone is UTC (+0 UTC). I living in Poland, what time zone I should set up?

Since the time zone of your charts is set to UTC and you are in Poland, your charts will be 1 hour different from the actual time in your home. Given this, are your charts actually 1 hour and 10 minutes delayed, or are they just 10 minutes delayed? The time zone setting can be important when the time changes for Daylight Saving. In this case, we recommend setting your Time Zone to a time zone that uses the same Daylight Saving Settings as the exchange you are tracking. For example, since the CME Group is in Chicago (US Central Time (CST/CDT)) then you would want to set your chart time zone to one of the US time zones (it really does not matter which, but using the same as the exchange is easiest). Otherwise, just use a time zone that works for you - typically your local time zone. Refer to the following for more information on Time Zones in Sierra Chart: Time Zone Setting For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
