The first thing to understand is that until you have your CQG account setup you will not be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is because the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded trading account that we can connect to. Once you are connected to CQG, then you will be able to get your real-time data. For more information on this requirement, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges But, until you get your CQG account setup, you can get our Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group. This data acts like real-time data, except it is delayed by 10 minutes. You should be getting this data already, but since you say that the data is delayed by 1 hour, we need to find out what is happening. Please do the following for us: - Open the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. - On this window set Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. - On this window set Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. - Select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window. - Open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. - Wait at least 10 minutes. - Check one of your charts and verify that the data is flowing, but the time of the data is behind the real time by 10 minutes.
