Is the data constantly updating or does it only update periodically? Also, at the top of the screen is the Chart Header that contains information related to the chart. There is an entry preceded by "DD:" - this is the Data Delay. What is the value after the DD:? We think the data is streaming properly and that what is occurring is that your Time Zone may not be set properly so you are thinking it is behind by 1 hour, but it is really only 10 minutes. What is the Time Zone of your chart set to? If it is set to your Global Time Zone, then what is your Global Time Zone set to (Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings)?
