My broker is AMP futures, can you tell me how I have to configure Sierra to be able to operate?
I am trying to connect my Sierra account to my trading account and cannot do it.
I have 10 - Standard data source + Denali, I have paid for CME data, but I cannot operate, if the data is connected to me, when I want to do a real operation, it becomes simulated automatically.

AMP would have you setup with your order routing to be through either CQG or Rithmic. We need to know which one of these you are setup to use and then we can point you to the proper documentation.

The package does not matter.

In order to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG you need to follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then, if you are going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed (our recommendation), then you will follow these instructions for the CME Group (if you need data for EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the same page):

I cannot operate in real, when I go to place an order it changes me to simulated automatically.

To begin with, you are not setup to use the Denali data at this time.

But the first thing to do is to ensure you are connecting correctly to CQG. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

As the message states, either the Username or the Password you have entered for your CQG account is not correct. Please double-check that you have entered them properly in the Data/Trade Service Settings window. If you feel that you have them correct, then you would need to check with your broker to find out what you may have incorrect. You might have to reset your CQG password in order to ensure that you have it correct in all places.
