As the message states, either the Username or the Password you have entered for your CQG account is not correct. Please double-check that you have entered them properly in the Data/Trade Service Settings window. If you feel that you have them correct, then you would need to check with your broker to find out what you may have incorrect. You might have to reset your CQG password in order to ensure that you have it correct in all places.
