No FCE-Euronext feed chart representation

Hello,
I an receiving the FCE-Euronext feed but can't see it in any chart from the open session.

Since the opening of the European session there is no update at all on the ID and historical charts for the symbol FCEF22-Euronext.I am just receiving the data feed for the Dom and market Depth on the same symbol. the rollover of symbols seems to have executed well . Until friday 22PM everything was fonctioning perfectly but no more from the opening. I don't understand why .Does somebody could help me to understand the reason please ?

Let me understand clearly the situation please after reading your second message. Are you telling me that the provider of.... the provider is having an issue with the Euronext data feed ??? I have chosen this data feed from the beginning (years ago) because it was the one you highly recommended for your SC Historical and Real time Exchange data feed and so i trusted you.For this i had to fill out an agreement with "Bartchart"(not sure at all of the name) that was renewed last year if i remember correctly the time ( and i supposed it was the data provider). I have never filled out an agreement with CQG that is the reason why i am so amazed to discover this reality. Until today i have never experienced a problem with this data feed. It is my first whole day interruption of service. By the way regarding my different brokers and other software i use there were zero problem today as well as with Euronext market status with this same data feed.
Could you please clarify how many providers are used for this data feed,and why i was never told the name of the provider that you don't recommend anymore if i understand well your new position? And did CQG gave you a "reasonable" time to resolve this issue ?

Yes.

Sierra Chart provides the Euronext futures data feed in cooperation with Barchart using Sierra Chart software and hardware. Barchart is the vendor of record. Barchart obtains the data from CQG in the background. It is CQG who is having an issue.

We have always been clear that the data provider is Barchart. And where they get their data from, that is not something that we really necessarily know and is not relevant to us. However, we did look this morning and we can tell the data in the background is from CQG. We can tell by the symbols that are in the security definition messages in the Barchart Open Feed.

We only have about three users using this Euronext Index futures data feed. We do plan to discontinue it sometime in the coming months. We do not know exactly when and this is why we recommend changing to DTN.

When the issue is resolved is out of our control.

Just for conclude and to understand better your position. In post #3 you propose me to change data provider with IQ Feed that i understand better now that i know i am using CQG . ( By the way for me Barchart is not a data provider in this case but just a broker on data providing using at the end CQG so a kind of unnecessary extra layer regarding the real data provider IMO ).
So are you going to discontinue your service "SC Historical and Real time Exchange data feed" soon with all the different data providers behind which include Barchart to focus only on your denali feeds OR simply the Euronext Index futures data feed whatever the data provider i could choose because of too few users ? Sorry this is not clear at all for me.
This morning the data feed is again working well with historical SC data update except the whole ID SC datas of yerstaday 12/21/2021 who are missing.

The Euronext data feed is now working again as of this morning.

Barchart is not a broker.

We cannot fill in the missing data.

Continue to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for Euronext futures until it is discontinued, if that were to happen.

Hello,
Today it still missing the whole ID session of the 12/20/2021 with FCEF22-Euronext meanwhile the historical data of the same day have been updated correctly yesterday yet. I know you can't anything about this but please could you recontact them for this because these are only datas informations not trading problems.
By the way, i found out incorrect quotations on your Denali Data feed on Eurex with contract FESLH22-Eurex in daily and ID. For the daily datas there is a multiplier factor of 100 (22000 instead of 220 )that I could not fixed with your traditional feature so i suppose it is linked to the data feed even i am not sur because i am not yet familiar with your Denali data feed. With ID it occurs on the opposite between feb2021 and april21 with a quote nearby 0 instead of 200 for several days.

Regarding the missing ID data of the whole 12/20/2021 session i am dealing directly with CQG API team because i consider that after a week this issue has became a forgotten problem.
To solve the problem quickly now they ask me to give them the following informations :
To investigate this further we would need a Web API session token and UTC time when you tried to access the FCE data and it did not work.
If you do not know how to find this, please contact Sierra Charts, they will be able to give you this information.

Since i am dealing directly with their support API desk to try to solve this problem, sorry "my" problem, i must admit i have always talked with people having the will to solve the problem. Nobody told me " we don't provide historical Intraday data in this case meanwhile we provide historical daily data on the same case. It is a total non sense.
Maybe they are incompetent as you think and repeat , maybe they don't understand the issue with this ID historical data but they try as there last answer demonstrated it.

We have tried to access data for FCE on 12 Monday 12/20/21 ​using the same data source and API that Sierra Charts use and the data was not missing.
You might want to speak to another person from Sierra charts regarding that issue so maybe they can have another look at this. I am afraid there is nothing we can really do as this is a third party platform.

As their screenshots show when testing their intra-day data feed with the same source and API that your are using they have the data on their screen i miss on my SC,
That is a pity for a customer who haven't chosen this data feed to feel like a ping-pong ball and at the end of the day to pay for all this !

Regarding the out of range values with that symbol in post #13, we will see how best to handle that.

We will do our best to get to this on the weekend.

Regarding post #14, we made it very clear, the data is missing and not recoverable. This is final. You are the one who are continuing this:
