.. the provider is having an issue with the Euronext data feed Yes.Sierra Chart provides the Euronext futures data feed in cooperation with Barchart using Sierra Chart software and hardware. Barchart is the vendor of record. Barchart obtains the data from CQG in the background. It is CQG who is having an issue. We have always been clear that the data provider is Barchart. And where they get their data from, that is not something that we really necessarily know and is not relevant to us. However, we did look this morning and we can tell the data in the background is from CQG. We can tell by the symbols that are in the security definition messages in the Barchart Open Feed. We only have about three users using this Euronext Index futures data feed. We do plan to discontinue it sometime in the coming months. We do not know exactly when and this is why we recommend changing to DTN. When the issue is resolved is out of our control.
