Cannot see Live data for CBOT products. I just renewed my denali and CBOT packages, on the charts it says symbol is unknown and is not displaying any updating data, not even delayed

We see that you have activated both of these exchanges: - CBOT for professionals - CBOT E-Mini for professionals You do not need both of them, and having them both enabled could be what is causing you the issue. We can deactivate the one that you do not need, although we can not issue a refund (as the exchange does not give refunds, even in cases such as this). Let us know which one you want us to deactivate and we will take care of it and then see if you continue to have an issue. Note that we need to deactivate at a lower level than what you can do, so this is something we need to take care of for you. You have activated the CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts exchange. This is just the CME exchange, not the entire CME Group. If you need CBOT products, then you would need to either activate one of the "Full CME Group..." exchanges, or one of the exchanges specifically for the CBOT, such as the "CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts". The Exchange Fees are not refundable nor are they pro-rated, nor is there a way to move the payment for one to another. Sorry, but these rules are from the exchanges themselves. Therefore, you would to activate the exchanges for which you want the data, and you can deactivate (set to not renew) the exchanges for which you do not want the data next month. Just keep in mind that you will be charged the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month, regardless of when you activate it within the month.
