We see that you have activated both of these exchanges: - CBOT for professionals - CBOT E-Mini for professionals You do not need both of them, and having them both enabled could be what is causing you the issue. We can deactivate the one that you do not need, although we can not issue a refund (as the exchange does not give refunds, even in cases such as this). Let us know which one you want us to deactivate and we will take care of it and then see if you continue to have an issue. Note that we need to deactivate at a lower level than what you can do, so this is something we need to take care of for you.
