The Exchange Fees are not refundable nor are they pro-rated, nor is there a way to move the payment for one to another. Sorry, but these rules are from the exchanges themselves. Therefore, you would to activate the exchanges for which you want the data, and you can deactivate (set to not renew) the exchanges for which you do not want the data next month. Just keep in mind that you will be charged the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month, regardless of when you activate it within the month.
