SC has all other SP500 sector futures from CME (like XAB, XAE, etc.) but XAR is missing. Is this expected? Thanks |

Is it expected that there's no historical data? I see the symbol now but no data is available for any contracts, not even for the active contract.

It's not a very well traded instrument, but there is some data. The following is what we see, and is what you should have your chart as well for the Z contract: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1633369230381.png If you are not getting this, then get us your message log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I tried pulling daily and intraday data for all contracts in XAR, and only XARZ21-CME intraday returned anything. Will the historical data not be backfilled?

There is not going to be historical Intraday data prior to approximately October 2021. For historical daily data that is now configured. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
