My Data is delayed for some reason. I have tried connecting to my IBKR account as advised per once a month, went back to my Denali feed and it is still delayed. Checked my account and I have data until July 17. Please let me know why. |

Your exchange options did not renew on July 1, 2021. Most likely due to a lack of funds in the account at that time. To reactive the exchange, ensure you have enough funds in your account, then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see your exchange listed with a button that states "Reactivate Exchange". Select that button to reactivate it and get your real-time data flowing again.
