I have attempted to go through all settings that I possibly can both in the online account and within the application itself and I cannot get it to update the charts. I am only able to view historical data that is at least 10-20 minutes old and even this is only after I "Delete and Download Data". I even went so far as to sign up for real-time data, again without success. I don't want to use any of the exchanges that you support, I just need to use the charts. From the documentation this looks like this is allowed.

What I want is to be able to view a chart and see it update in a reasonable amount of time. Currently it is 10-20 minutes behind so I only see historical data which is of no use to me. I need to see it updated at least every 60 seconds. I am not looking to use Sierra Chart to trade, I have another platform for that. The feature in particular that I am needing to use is the Numbers Charts. |

You need the Real-Time data service. The issue is that even though you do not need real-time data, you still want it at a rate that is faster than what we can give you using just our historical data. Therefore, your only choice is to use the real-time data (there is no option in-between).
