Atentamente.

From Google Translate:
Please attend to me urgently, because on Friday 25 I made a purchase in long of 5 contracts at 10:33 am and another 5 contracts in long at 11:10 am and this day I only closed 6 contracts and I have left 4 contracts without closing. Please support me before this becomes lost.
I look forward to your valuable help. I attach an image of the chart that shows the traded orders.
Sincerely.

We do not understand your question. You state that you opened a total of 10 and then closed 6, which are all shown in the image you provided. Therefore, we do not see any issue, you should still have the 4 contracts.

The first thing to do is to call your broker and see if those orders really are still open or not. Our guess is that there was probably a Time in Force option that closed them out.

Once you have your real situation flattened, so there are no orders open, then check your Trade Activity Log to see if everything is properly reflected there. Refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

If you are missing the order fills from the remaining 4 contracts, then refer to the following:

Our guess is that there was probably a Time in Force option that closed them out."

Please tell me why and when this happens: "Our guess is that there was probably a Time in Force option that closed them out." And why do they do it without my consent and free will?
And if that were the case that this option had closed my operations without my consent, they should appear in my activity log and in my chart as closed operations ???

Yes, we agree, the information should be there. If the closing of the orders was done by Sierra Chart, due to the Global Profit/Loss Management for instance, then the information would be present.

But the problem is that the change in the position must have occurred outside of Sierra Chart (again, such as if you had a Time in Force setting that closed the orders). In that case, you are using CQG for your order routing, and they only keep the order fill information around for about a day. Additionally, we occasionally have issues getting the fill information from them. Therefore, there are times when issues like this can come up.

To resolve this, the first thing to do is to make sure you are flat with your broker and then correct your Trade Activity Log as we noted above.

The second thing to do is to look into the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which keeps your order fills for the long-term, therefore you would not have an issue like this. Refer to the information here:

Gracias,

From Google Translate:
Well, apparently AMP reports 4 long contracts as closed with loss on the same day 25 as April. But this has many flaws:
1) I did not make that closing of the operation, I left 10 long contracts open when I closed the platform on Friday the 25th and on Monday the 28th I only see 6 open. I do not understand why.
2) That closing of contracts reported by AMP does not appear on the platform, in the 'trade activity log' I see 4 long contracts, as pending to close.
3) I do not receive an explanation of why this situation or error occurs, which negatively affected my account.

So in this case, I want to know if the Sierra Chart platform can be updated, with the closing of those 4 contracts, so that they do not have a negative consequence in my subsequent operations.
And if you can explain to me, please, why this has happened, it would be what I hope, a clarification.
Thanks,

1. The most likely reason for the closing of those contracts is the Time in Force setting. Refer to the information here:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

To find out for sure, you would need to ask your broker why those orders were closed.

2. As we stated above, this is due to how the order routing companies keep the order fill information, which is not for very long (typically one day). Therefore, when you came back on Monday they did not have the information any longer, so there was nothing for us to update.

To enter in the offsetting order fills to close those 4 contracts, refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Manually Inserting Missing Order Fills

3. Again, as in #1, you need to ask your broker what happened with those contracts. Then you can understand what you need to do in order to not have it happen again. But, we do not have the information. The only one that can tell you is your broker.
