Please tell me why and when this happens: "Our guess is that there was probably a Time in Force option that closed them out." And why do they do it without my consent and free will?
And if that were the case that this option had closed my operations without my consent, they should appear in my activity log and in my chart as closed operations ???

Yes, we agree, the information should be there. If the closing of the orders was done by Sierra Chart, due to the Global Profit/Loss Management for instance, then the information would be present.

But the problem is that the change in the position must have occurred outside of Sierra Chart (again, such as if you had a Time in Force setting that closed the orders). In that case, you are using CQG for your order routing, and they only keep the order fill information around for about a day. Additionally, we occasionally have issues getting the fill information from them. Therefore, there are times when issues like this can come up.

To resolve this, the first thing to do is to make sure you are flat with your broker and then correct your Trade Activity Log as we noted above.

The second thing to do is to look into the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which keeps your order fills for the long-term, therefore you would not have an issue like this. Refer to the information here:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
