i don't even subscribe to the 10 depth system says i have mbo?

hello

when i log into siera chart today it said i am getting MBO. i have been a customer of sierra chart for 3 or 4 years now
and it seems to me that the simpler it seems to get teh more difficult it is to understand what is actually selected to being paid for
thsi time around i was dinged 70 something bucks when i was only trying to renew and pay for 1 month?

i only need denali for cme bundle and i do not even need depth of market just the 3.95 very top of book from the CME
can yo help me figure out what has happened to my acccount with fees and how i got charged s much
i changed nothng just added money and hit renew and it did whatever it did.

First thing - you can always see where you money is being spent with us, by looking at your Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. There is a link to this on the Account Control Panel. Or, you can go directly to the page at the following link and then logging in using your Sierra Chart account information:

What we see is that you are on Package 10 with the Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts. You did not actually select another package, but you did renew the current package twice, which is why it cost you $72.00. But, you are now good for two months before you have to pay again.

The message you received about MBO was not directed at you and was not meant to say that you are receiving the MBO data. It was a notice that version 2275 had an issue and was being locked out. You need to update to version 2276. To do this, follow these instructions:

Now, given all of the above, we do see that your Denali Exchange Data Feed has a problem in that you have not connected to your live, funded, trading account in the past month. Therefore, you would only be getting the delayed data at this time. Be sure to connect to your trading account by following these instructions:

i am not sure why it was a breeze a year ago and now i get all bogged down by the easier denali feed.

Keep up the great work. i just cannot stop LOVING your platform. lookign forward to tradin gwith you guys again once you get it all set up
