First thing - you can always see where you money is being spent with us, by looking at your Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. There is a link to this on the Account Control Panel. Or, you can go directly to the page at the following link and then logging in using your Sierra Chart account information: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog What we see is that you are on Package 10 with the Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts. You did not actually select another package, but you did renew the current package twice, which is why it cost you $72.00. But, you are now good for two months before you have to pay again. The message you received about MBO was not directed at you and was not meant to say that you are receiving the MBO data. It was a notice that version 2275 had an issue and was being locked out. You need to update to version 2276.
