Hello i have many symbols available for COMEX in SC data but when i switch to trading evaluator account there's only gold, micro-gold, copper and silver, apteros told me all existing symbols should be available for the account and i should reach out to you. i'm interested in micro silver (SIL) in particular so tried to add it in "global settings-symbol settings" but can't manage to get it display contracts in "find symbol", i've tried to duplicate and tweak SI and also tried to use SO and data symbol (as it turned out to be in SC data) but none of it got contracts choice under SIL?## name. and when i unmark "use customs settings" it disappears from the symbols list. i made sure i disconnected and re-connected every time. where can i find exact data that i should fill in? or maybe re-load all available symbols for COMEX somehow? thanks in advance

Hello again i've managed to setup SIL, I'm able to pull up the chart for it and things in quoteboard are moving but when I try to send an order it keeps saying symbol is unknown for trading

the problem is with apteros trading evaluator and they told me to contact you because nobody else is having this issue

The SIL symbol is not setup for the Trading Evaluator. We are working on getting this added. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

The symbol SIL has been added, which is why you are getting that error message instead of the other one. The implication is that your account balance is not high enough given the Margin requirements you have set. Refer to the following for adjusting Margin Requirements: Simulated Futures Trading Service: Margin Requirement Adjustments And also review the section above it for adjusting the Account Balance.
