Hello i have many symbols available for COMEX in SC data but when i switch to trading evaluator account there's only gold, micro-gold, copper and silver, apteros told me all existing symbols should be available for the account and i should reach out to you. i'm interested in micro silver (SIL) in particular so tried to add it in "global settings-symbol settings" but can't manage to get it display contracts in "find symbol", i've tried to duplicate and tweak SI and also tried to use SO and data symbol (as it turned out to be in SC data) but none of it got contracts choice under SIL?## name. and when i unmark "use customs settings" it disappears from the symbols list. i made sure i disconnected and re-connected every time. where can i find exact data that i should fill in? or maybe re-load all available symbols for COMEX somehow? thanks in advance |
