Problem putting in a live trade

I switched to live to trade in Sierra and when I put on trade to take a position it switches to Sim automobility and takes the position in SIM mod instead of Live and not sure what is going on. I changed my AMP to Data routing only but never received any confirmation from them not sure what is going on. |

You do not have your Sierra Chart setup to connect to your AMP account. Most likely you are setup at AMP to use CQG for your order routing. I called my AMP Broker and explained to them what you said about and explained my problem that I am not able to take a live trade and it keeps going to SiM and it takes the trade position in SIM. I told them I had gone into my client portal in AMP and changed my existing live trading account data feed to Sierra Chart- Denali- CQG order routing only several days ago and for them to check this for me because I wanted to use Denali feed through Sierra Chart he said yes it had been and everything looked good. They asked me what I put in the data trade service setting in Sierra Chart I told him SC Data all services. He told me I need to change that to CQG WebAPI trading to live trade. So I did that when I got home and now I'm not seeing the (M) as I was seeing before and now I Daily Intraday charts are not loading all the way. I'm confused I'm I still using Denali if I use CQG WebAPI? Why am I not seeing the (M)? Did AMP just not change me to Sierra Chart- Denali- CQG order routing only and that's why I am having problems? What is in the log looks good, and you are making your connection to CQG. What we want you to do is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that your symbols are set to the CQG symbols. Then let us know if you have an issue. Keep in mind, the Denali Exchange Data Feed is just data. Sierra Chart is setup to allow our data to be used when you are using another trading service.
