What is in the log looks good, and you are making your connection to CQG.

What we want you to do is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that your symbols are set to the CQG symbols.

Then let us know if you have an issue.

Keep in mind, the Denali Exchange Data Feed is just data. Sierra Chart is setup to allow our data to be used when you are using another trading service. Refer to the following for more information:

Let us know if you continue to have an issue after you update the symbols.
