As of 6 AM Central European time we are not receiving the T7 multicast feeds. We are contacting the exchange now about this. We were monitoring the feed earlier and it was all operational. We do apologize for the delay. Please do not post any further postings here. That is just going to take more of our time and set us back further and we will begin to delete them and consolidate all information into this thread. Update: This issue has been resolved. The interruption was from approximately 6 AM to 9 AM CET 2021-04-19. We have removed the tickets and support board postings about this issue and consolidated all information regarding the issue into this thread for reference to all affected users. And we have sent out a notice to affected users with a link to this thread. We have taken the appropriate steps to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. The issue was caused by the local firewall on the server. The data feed will continue in about 3 to 4 minutes. And we will be filling in the missing data after.

We had monitored the EUREX data feed in the early morning hours, and verified that it was operational. Our normal ongoing monitoring process, is not able to detect the problem that existed after. We were doing work on the server firewall at around 6 AM CET and we we verified, that there was no loss of connectivity for various TCP connections. However, we were not examining the UDP connections which the T7 multicast feeds are using. We do apologize for the interruption and we are patching the missing data. We are going to be changing, our server monitoring to also look at the message received count because for multicast feeds, the current method does not catch this type of condition. This way we will be immediately notified. This is going into effect this evening. And we are also going to be moving the server monitoring to directly within Sierra Chart, rather than a web browser. This is a superior environment which will not be affected by problems when a webpage fails to load. This will take more time to develop. We do take this matter seriously, and the above two items are a major improvement with our server process monitoring for data feeds and order routing. We also did additional testing with the firewall now, and the new rules are allowing the UDP multicast feeds to continue to flow through. EUREX data feeds confirmed to startup properly this evening with the new firewall settings. It is a top priority to get our enhanced monitoring in place. This is going to be a significant difference. We did confirm, that our new monitoring, did catch the condition of no data coming from the EUREX T7 data feeds. We are alerted within two minutes of this condition and can take the appropriate steps. We will normally be alerted to this during the normal downtime after 22: 00 CET.
