We are going to be changing, our server monitoring to also look at the message received count because for multicast feeds, the current method does not catch this type of condition. This way we will be immediately notified. This is going into effect this evening. And we are also going to be moving the server monitoring to directly within Sierra Chart, rather than a web browser. This is a superior environment which will not be affected by problems when a webpage fails to load. This will take more time to develop. We do take this matter seriously, and the above two items are a major improvement with our server process monitoring for data feeds and order routing. We also did additional testing with the firewall now, and the new rules are allowing the UDP multicast feeds to continue to flow through.
