We had monitored the EUREX data feed in the early morning hours, and verified that it was operational. Our normal ongoing monitoring process, is not able to detect the problem that existed after. We were doing work on the server firewall at around 6 AM CET and we we verified, that there was no loss of connectivity for various TCP connections. However, we were not examining the UDP connections which the T7 multicast feeds are using. We do apologize for the interruption and we are patching the missing data.
