Unable to login into Sierra Chart

Hi,
I am a previous Transact customer ( TransAct_User_ccitroni01 ), I have already paid the next 6 months with the new direct billing. I have Sierra chart installed in two different PC, in my PC in the office everything is fine, in the PC that I use in my Working From Home I have coincindentally changed to a new PC in these days and there Sierra Chart remain in Not Connected mode (see image in attachment). I have transferred Sierra Chart Setting and Data from the other Existing Installation to this New Installation following the online instructions on how to do so, but the problem has remained the same. Can you please help?

For some reason the image did not attach.

Nonetheless, the most likely problem is that you need to setup your Service Settings. To do this, select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and for the Current Selected Service be sure to select (or that it is already selected as) TransAct WS.

After selecting the service, select the Apply All button at the bottom of the window and you will then see additional entries in the Service Settings section just below where you selected the service. Enter the information for each of these items, including your Trade Account number.

If the above is not the issue, then we would need to know the exact error you are getting.

Hi,
I am a previous Transact customer ( TransAct_User_ccitroni01 ), I currently have the following package 11 - Integrated Advanced (Monthly) - 46 USD / Mon, I am unable do download intraday data even delayed, only historical data and charts are working, can you please help?

At this time you should be receiving delayed data.

Do you want data for futures? Open a new futures chart through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CME.

You should receive historical data and streaming delayed data.

Please let us know if you do. We will then help you with getting real-time data and help with any other existing charts.
