For some reason the image did not attach. Nonetheless, the most likely problem is that you need to setup your Service Settings. To do this, select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and for the Current Selected Service be sure to select (or that it is already selected as) TransAct WS. After selecting the service, select the Apply All button at the bottom of the window and you will then see additional entries in the Service Settings section just below where you selected the service. Enter the information for each of these items, including your Trade Account number. If the above is not the issue, then we would need to know the exact error you are getting.
