Hi,
I am a previous Transact customer ( TransAct_User_ccitroni01 ), I have already paid the next 6 months with the new direct billing. I have Sierra chart installed in two different PC, in my PC in the office everything is fine, in the PC that I use in my Working From Home I have coincindentally changed to a new PC in these days and there Sierra Chart remain in Not Connected mode (see image in attachment). I have transferred Sierra Chart Setting and Data from the other Existing Installation to this New Installation following the online instructions on how to do so, but the problem has remained the same. Can you please help?
