Hi Support,
I am an Infinity customer and was getting your charts through
them before. As far as i understand Infinity and Sierra both now have
they own datafeeds. This resultning in one being forced to choose
between either one to still get the sierra charting software.
I have tried for the last few days to get my charts working but have
not succeeded with the help of Infinity support. It seems the problem
is on your side.
I would appreciate if support could create a remote session to solve
my problem

We have activated your Sierra Chart account for 7 days. In your case, as of March 1 you are no longer being billed for Sierra Chart through your Transact trading account and will need to begin paying for it directly to Sierra Chart.

Many thanks for activating my charts. If i understand correctly my account will still be with Infinity but only the datafeed will be charged directly from Sierra- Is that correct? What happens to the live data feed for the DAX that i purchased?
I would appreciate if you could give me a call so we can get things working so that i do not have any issues with connection after the 7 days.

Hi , I am available to do skype session to get my sierra charts working. I would also like to know all the related costs in regards to using your charts and datafeed? Is it the same as i had with Infinity ? If i remember correctly charting software was free if one did a certain nr of trades per month, is that also the same after the transition to sierra directly? I am on skype and my skype id is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

1. What is the cost for using Sierra charts on a monthly basis? and is the cost for a 30 days period from date of purchase or is the cost fixed on 1st to 30th for each month billing?
2. What does it cost to have the following, NYSE TICK data, NYSE volume data and also the vix? OR does one get access to all of these without any extra cost?

Your Sierra Chart should still be setup to connect to TransAct, so there should not be anything you need to do, except to have an active Sierra Chart account, which yours is not at this time.

Sierra Chart Usage Time is paid for on a 31 day cycle. We refer to it as a month, just for simplicity, but each time you pay for "1 month" of Sierra Chart, you are getting 31 days. The same is true if you pay for 6 months, you really get 186 days.

2. What does it cost to have the following, NYSE TICK data, NYSE volume data and also the vix? OR does one get access to all of these without any extra cost?

If you need Real-Time data, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities and CBOE Indices exchanges. The costs would be the following (all in USD):
- Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Fee for 250 symbols: $25.00
- U.S. Equities Exchange: $10.50
- CBOE Indices: $5.25
