Hi Support,
I am an Infinity customer and was getting your charts through
them before. As far as i understand Infinity and Sierra both now have
they own datafeeds. This resultning in one being forced to choose
between either one to still get the sierra charting software.
I have tried for the last few days to get my charts working but have
not succeeded with the help of Infinity support. It seems the problem
is on your side.
I would appreciate if support could create a remote session to solve
my problem
