I switched from Sierra Charts to other charting software some months back - actually several others because I had difficulty using Sierra ... not Sierra's fault, a fault of my "flat" learning curve, or lack thereof. I am now back with Sierra but see a few things have changed. I trade through AMP and have paid for the CQG data feed (formerly Denali), but my Sierra Chart software - though Green Light On - does not seem to be responding. I would like for you to do a remote hook-up and let you take a look and see what's up. I have looked through the self-help material and think in the interest of time, I need your hands-on help. The first thing to do is to ensure that you are getting your data from CQG by asking your broker to verify that you are actually setup to get the data from them. If your broker tells you that you are setup to get the data from CQG, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
