I switched from Sierra Charts to other charting software some months back - actually several others because I had difficulty using Sierra ... not Sierra's fault, a fault of my "flat" learning curve, or lack thereof. I am now back with Sierra but see a few things have changed.
I trade through AMP and have paid for the CQG data feed (formerly Denali), but my Sierra Chart software - though Green Light On - does not seem to be responding.
I would like for you to do a remote hook-up and let you take a look and see what's up. I have looked through the self-help material and think in the interest of time, I need your hands-on help.
Please advise.
