hello, I was not receiving real time data from SC Exchange Datafeed, which I'm currently subscribed to. following instructions on your webpage under the section "Determining Problem of Data Feed Not Being Received through Message Log Analysis", I have found that the line "Received 1 data feed usernames" is missing from my message log. everything else was enabled but only this line is missing. please help fix this. This is not the issue and that documentation is out of date and we have now updated it.Rather than using symbols like this: CCIV-STK-SMART-USD Instead use: CCIV We want you to close all your Chartbooks. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then open one chart for a stock symbol using just a simple stock symbol and if you still do not receive the real-time data, provide a copy of the Message Log again. this is the new message log as requested. I want to clarify that I'm getting real time data when I'm connected to my broker. but as soon as I disconnect from my borker, my chart stops updating. this shouldn't happen, right? since I also have a subscription of your SC Exchange real time datafeed.

When you disconnect, definitely the real-time data will stop. If you want to use the Sierra Chart exchange data separately from your trading account, then set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data- All Services".
