We apologize for the delay. , I have found that the line "Received 1 data feed usernames" is missing from my message log. This is not the issue and that documentation is out of date and we have now updated it.Rather than using symbols like this: CCIV-STK-SMART-USD Instead use: CCIV We want you to close all your Chartbooks. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then open one chart for a stock symbol using just a simple stock symbol and if you still do not receive the real-time data, provide a copy of the Message Log again.
