hello, I was not receiving real time data from SC Exchange Datafeed, which I'm currently subscribed to. following instructions on your webpage under the section "Determining Problem of Data Feed Not Being Received through Message Log Analysis", I have found that the line "Received 1 data feed usernames" is missing from my message log. everything else was enabled but only this line is missing. please help fix this.
