Hi I had enough money to cover my next months subscriptions but it still cancelled my account. How can I stop this from happening? |

I figured out what happened I paid the $120 to an old sierra chart account I don't use by mistake can I get that amount transferred to this account please? Please start an Account Support Ticket to have the funds transferred between accounts. Just make sure that you logged into the Sierra Chart website as the account from which you want to transfer the funds out. This way we know the appropriate person is making the request.
