Please start an Account Support Ticket to have the funds transferred between accounts. Just make sure that you logged into the Sierra Chart website as the account from which you want to transfer the funds out. This way we know the appropriate person is making the request. You can always view your current funds on the Control Panel for your account on the Sierra Chart website. You can access the Control Panel by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within Sierra Chart, which will automatically log you in to the website using the Account you were logged into Sierra Chart. You can also access the Control Panel through this link:

Also on the Control Panel is a link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts, which will give you all the transactions for your account. You can also access this directly through this link:
