custom dll not getting updated version from Sierra servers

My username has been added to access custom dll from Sierra servers. But the dll is not getting updated to the latest version. Still showing only the old version. Need help.

Try: Custom Studies and associated files can also be set up to be automatically downloaded to the Sierra Chart installation of those users authorized to use the custom studies.
If you are the end user of these Custom Studies, then make sure that the option for File Downloads is Enabled on the Enabled Studies and Files to Download page. If you are the developer of the Custom Study that is set to be automatically downloaded to users, ensure that the all the necessary files have been provided. Refer to the Upload Files page. The users that have access to these files is controlled through the Manage Custom Studies Users Control Panel. the Custom Study is not even being listed as a study to be a added to a chart, then it is possible that the custom studies DLL file has not downloaded properly.
Restart Sierra Chart in order to force the download of the necessary files. Make sure the DLL file that contains the custom studies is located in the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder. The custom studies developer will know the name of the DLL file. Check with them on this. Finally, perform a Forced Login to ensure that Sierra Chart receives the proper authorization data for the Custom Studies.
This will also solve a potential problem where the Custom Studies files do not get downloaded if there was not a successful login after your Sierra Chart account was authorized to receive those files. source: Resolving Custom Study File and Access Issues |

It is setup correctly on my account 2)Custom study is listed. But only the old version is showing up. 3) Did a force login. No luck. Still showing only the old version. |

I have sent the message log for analysis. After restarting with force login option, the new files are downloaded in the data folder. But the studies window was complaining that there is no custom dll. I restarted again with regular login. Again it shows only the old version of the studies. I guess, the current version is 2023 .. it shows only 2009. |

The files are definitely getting downloaded: File has been written to: D:\SC_64\Data\Smaug_SC_Library_64.dll. File Size: 356352 bytes. | 2020-06-09 14:41:19.027 If this file is not up-to-date it is because the developer has not uploaded a newer one if there is one. So you need to ask the developer about that. But the studies window was complaining that there is no custom dll. We do not know what you mean about this. We do not see that in the screenshot you provided in the Add Study window.
