Post From: custom dll not getting updated version from Sierra servers

I have sent the message log for analysis. After restarting with force login option, the new files are downloaded in the data folder. But the studies window was complaining that there is no custom dll. I restarted again with regular login. Again it shows only the old version of the studies. I guess, the current version is 2023 .. it shows only 2009.
