Data Lag between Denali (SC) and TT

I do have a subscription to the CME live data with Denali which I use in my SC. For order execution I use TT. I found a big dicrepancy between both. Something seems to be not set right. Steps I already tried so far: -Checked for the tick Allow Support for SCDF under Data/ Trade Service Settings -Check for Updates on SC -Check if I am really subscribed to live data in the msg logs Please find a screenshot of the current lag with SC and TT next to each other Any idea on what may cause this? It is quite clear you are not receiving any streaming data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed from that screenshot. I think I found the issue. CME live data is not connected as I will need to connect it to my FCM account in order to get the data. Is that correct? You are correct, you need to connect to your live trading account once a month in order to meet the qualifications of the CME Group as a Non-Professional.
